Simon Weldon is a photographer currently studying a Masters in Research. He gave a talk which discussed his on going project focussing on his late father and his personal process of grieving in the aftermath of his death. In doing this, Simon shared with us his family archival images and photographs he had taken of his father prior to his passing, as platforms he uses to search into aspects of his past.

I enjoyed learning about Simon’s process of working and how he has used archival imagery as part of a self discovery and exploration into his fathers life.
